Held at the DPS North Campus, previously known as Halliburton Complex on May 20, 2021, our 8th Annual State of the City luncheon featured presentations from Mayor Scott Decker and Representative Mike Lefor.
New this year, the luncheon also included a panel discussion with city, park and recreation, education, and economic development leaders: Ryan Jilek, Stark Development Corporation; James Kramer, Dickinson Parks & Rec; Dr. Marcus Lewton, Dickinson Public Schools; DeAnn Scheeler, Trinity Catholic Schools; Brian Winningham, City of Dickinson.
