Builders Exchange

The Dickinson Builders Exchange is an initiative of the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce, dedicated to assisting the construction industry businesses. Builders Exchange members are a wide range of companies both inside and outside the construction field. Our projects consist of commercial and governmental jobs from North Dakota, South Dakota, Western Minnesota, Eastern Montana and Wyoming.

Our Exchange provides a physical planroom as well as an online planroom. With the online membership, members can view all project related documents, including full sets of plans and specifications, without ever leaving their office!

Your membership provides access to our physical planroom, as well as, online planroom and includes access to all bidding documents. In addition, a weekly bulletin is emailed to your attention that includes all active projects.

Note that physical plans may be checked out according to our Check-Out Policy.

> Plans must remain in the office for all members to see between 10AM—4PM.

>  Check-out time is 4PM—10AM. Plans must be returned by 10AM the next morning.

To make changes to your member login information, simply go to the top of the page and next to the Builder Documents tab click on Edit Profile and make the needed updates. Once updates have been made, click the UPDATE button.
