Leadership Dickinson is an 8-month interactive program of the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce that develops community-minded business and civic leaders of tomorrow.

During this program, high school seniors develop community awareness, volunteerism and leadership skills and culminates in the completion of a community project.

Suzi, Courtney, Bridget, and Ashley dedicate their time and expertise to encourage the futures of the participants.

SUZI SOBOLIK Steffes LLC

Through her involvement in a statewide leadership organization, Rural Leadership North Dakota, Suzi re-started up Leadership Dickinson in 2010. Leadership Dickinson has been a way for Suzi to make an impact on the community through fostering community awareness and involvement in the future leaders of our community.

Suzi is involved in her community in many different areas. She is active in working with her family business, Steffes Companies, through assisting with vision and planning. She is also a physical therapist with RehabVisions here in Dickinson.

Courtney is thrilled to be a part of Leadership Dickinson alongside directors Suzi, Bridget, and Ashley. She is excited to contribute her skills and experiences, and equally eager to learn and grow with her fellow directors.

Courtney is a proud DSU alumna with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Outside of her professional endeavors she enjoys traveling with her family, especially during hockey season. She also loves spending time outdoors with frequent visits to Lake Sakakawea and hiking in the Badlands.

BRIDGET BULLINGER Fay Land Sales

Bridget represents real estate buyers and sellers as the Designated Broker at Fay Land Sales as well as works as the Consultant Dietitian for the North Dakota Beef Commission. As part of Leadership Dickinson, she is pleased to present topics on "Career Success" which includes education on resumes, networking, and application processes based on her experience.

She resides in Dickinson with her husband, Jared, and their three children. They enjoy all that living on the Western Edge has to offer to their family.

Bridget Bullinger

ASHLEY TILLMAN Dickinson State University

Ashley works at Dickinson State University as a Student Success Advisor and part-time at Blue 42! Ashley is originally from Wisconsin but moved to Dickinson in 2015 with her husband, Cris. She has a bachelor's degree in Human Services Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Ashley has been with Leadership Dickinson since 2018 and loves being able to connect with those in the community and our future leaders each year!

Outside of working life, Ashley and Cris have two little boys.

Cash Crimmins

Hey, my name is Cash Crimmins. I am a senior at Dickinson High School. I am currently involved in no extracurricular activities, but I plan to join speech and debate this winter. I am still undecided as to what college I will be attending, but I plan to major in either political science, law, or economics. I am very thankful to Dickinson leadership for giving me the opportunity to learn more about the business, communities, and leadership in both in Dickinson.

Kaden Ham

My name is Kaden Ham and I am a senior at Trinity High School. I am involved in football, basketball, track and am an assistant chaplain. In my free time, I like to go fishing. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of Leadership Dickinson, and I am looking forward to connecting with and learning more about the leadership in our community of Dickinson.

Andrew Jacobs

My name is Andrew Jacobs. I am a senior at Trinity High School, and I am involved in many different activities such as football, basketball, track, choir, and drama. I plan on going to college in North Dakota, but I haven’t decided on which one yet. I am excited to learn through the Leadership Dickinson program and find out more about the city of Dickinson.

Alexander Keller

My name is Alexander Keller. I am a senior at Trinity High School. I am involved in cross country, swimming & diving, track & field, Science Olympiad, and drama. I am also an assistant chaplain and National Honor Society member. After high school, I plan to attend NDSU for a degree in economics. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of Leadership Dickinson, and I am excited to see all of the career opportunities available in the community of Dickinson.

Camden Kubas

Hi! My name is Camden Kubas, and I am a senior at Trinity High School. I am an assistant chaplain and serve on student council. I also participate in football, basketball, and baseball. I plan to attend NDSU and major in engineering. I am thankful for the opportunity to be in Leadership Dickinson and enjoy learning more about the businesses in the community.

Taylor Miller

Hi, I am Taylor Miller. I go to Trinity, and I am on the High School swim team. I am a Swim Coach for the Dickinson Dolphins, and I am planning to attend the University of Mary next year to pursue a degree in speech pathology. I am very happy for the opportunity to join Leadership Dickinson so I can learn more about my community and what I can do for it.

Westley Rae

My name is Westley Rae, and I am a homeschooled senior. I participate in cross country, track and field, and math club at Dickinson High School. In my free time, I like to create computer programs and play chess. After high school, I plan to attend college outside North Dakota studying applied mathematics, possibly at BYU. I am grateful for the opportunity Leadership Dickinson has given me to learn about leadership and get involved with the community.

Ella Sickler

Ella Sickler is a senior at Dickinson High School and a proud member of the National Honor Society and SkillsUSA, where she is a state officer and the president of her local chapter. When she is not in school she enjoys reading, helping her family on the farm, and hanging out with her friends. After graduating she plans to attend NDSCS for a degree related to architecture. Currently, she especially enjoys getting to know the people in her community through Leadership Dickinson.

Nick Sobolik

I am Nick Sobolik, a Senior at Trinity. I participate in Football, Basketball, and Baseball. I am an Assistant Chaplain and an active member of the Trinity Student Council. I also plan to pursue a degree in Psychology after high school!
