20 Teams will start cooking at 11am, Judging starts @ 6pm with the gumbo tasting @ 6:30pm. A dance will be held from 8:30 - midnight. Band TBA. Cost is $5 with the proceeds going to local charities. This event is open to the public.

Purchase your tickets at Days Hotel from 8am - 6pm at the Days Hotel (483-5600). Cost $30 and includes a gourmet meal and special musical entertainment. The menu includes homemade popovers w/honeybutter, caesar salad, chicken wellington w/hollandaise sauce, wild rice blend glazed baby carrots, assorted cheesecakes & hazelnut coffee.
